Eden Hazard and Diego Costa have both been central to Chelsea’s Premier League title success
Antonio Conte joins the list of elite manager who have won the English Premier League title in their debut season.
Antonio Conte's senior side sealed the championship at West Brom on Friday night thanks to Michy Batshuayi's 82nd-winner minute after the youth team began celebrations early with a commanding 3-0 win over Reading.

The Italian has emphatically succeeded and Courtois told the Chelsea website that the team have answered those who criticised last season's displays. I think if you can continue with these players, you can improve a lot.
"This is a dream that is coming true".
Conte was dragged out of his post-match media conference by celebrating players David Luiz and Diego Costa, but not before pinpointing the key moment in his side's season. He has an owner that will back him.
He said: "We started to do our work. I found the strength to change, to take responsibility to change systems and find a new fit for the players", he said. With our final game against bottom-place Sunderland at the Bridge, you would fancy us to break that record if we are victorious tonight.
"It was a slow start to the season". Why would he come for one season? "For a new manager, it's not easy, but we worked hard and I think everybody picked it up well".
Chelsea were suffering late nerves as a dogged West Brom threatened to prolong the title race but Belgian global Batshuayi prodded home the victor after 82 minutes to spark manic celebrations from triumphant manager Antonio Conte. Only one league appearance - in a 2-0 loss at Manchester United. "My substitution was very good!"
The Baggies were flirting with relegation when Pulis was appointed boss in January 2015 and are now battling to finish eighth this term, ahead of last year's champions Leicester. "Everybody is happy. It's great to take the trophy".
With two games to spare Chelsea became champions of England for the sixth time.
"We've been together as a group all season - that's what got us to where we are".
"We already have a lot of quality, but maybe sometimes you need a bit more depth because this year we didn't have injuries and you never know what can happen next year". He has also outperformed managers such as Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola, who are paid twice as much.
