The final message was a video from a little boy - Tyler Schweer - whose mother was diagnosed with cancer, to whom he gave the wristband he received from Cena ringside and ordered her not to give up either.

John Cena is an inspiration to his fans.

On Monday, Cricket Wireless shared a video of Cena reading messages written to him by people who were inspired by him and the impact he's had on their lives.


Some of his fans recently came together to thank the WWE superstar for being an inspiration to them. "At a young age he has such great perspective...." The youngster, who was previously gifted a wristband from Cena ringside, presented the symbol of hope to his mother during her cancer battle.

Although he's been the focal point of WWE television for the majority of the last 12 years, Cena has admitted that his days in the wrestling are winding down as he gets older and opportunities in Hollywood continue opening up. One is from a man who thanked Cena for his message to "never give up", which he said helped him get through a dark time following a serious accident.

Although what the iconic wrestler doesn't know is that many of those whose letters he just read are behind a wall, watching Cena as he fights back tears with each passing phrase. 'Don't think that you're the only one up against it and have challenges to face. you lead by example and I mean it when I say: Never give up. "This is one of those extremely rare moments and I really appreciate that".
