The 36-year-old mother of two was desperate to expand her family, but was warned by doctors against a pregnancy due to suffering the unsafe condition of placenta accreta during the births of North, 4, and Saint, nearly 2.

Congrats to Kim, Kanye, North, and Saint!

Kim Kardashian has been ridiculed on social media after she stripping unclad in a new picture and posed in a tree.

Has the reported surrogate for reality star Kim Kardashian and her husband, rapper Kanye West, become pregnant? "Now I have two very special people to live for, a whole family to live for, a whole world to live for", he said. "Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the flawless candidate", a source told the magazine.

The confirmation comes months after rumors spread about the couple trying to expand their family with the help of a surrogate.

"Kim and Kanye wouldn't make any wild demands - they just want a healthy pregnancy", the source notes.

The surrogate is reportedly well provided for, and will be paid $45k for her stint as Kimye's baby incubator. Kardashian suffered from placenta accreta during her last pregnancy, a condition which sees the placenta grows into the womb's wall, preventing it from easily detaching at birth.

If you watch KUWTK, you know that the decision to conceive a third child and use a surrogate was not one that Kardashian took lightly.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who tied the knot in 2014, are already parents to 21 month old Saint while and North, 4. The surrogate cannot drink, smoke, do drugs, eat fish, go in hot tubs, or use hair dye while they carry the child.

The Talk host Sharon Osbourne may have aggressively attacked reality TV star Kim Kardashian West as a "ho" the other day, but it certainly hasn't phased the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star in the slightest.
