NFL Network suspends Marshall Faulk, 2 others amid sexual harassment claims: report

NFL Network Sexual Assault

"Marshall Faulk, Ike Taylor, and Heath Evans have been suspended from their duties at NFL Network pending an investigation into these allegations", Alex Riethmiller, a spokesperson for the NFL Network, told BuzzFeed News.

Cantor also alleges in the complaint that former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb, who previously worked as a commentator on the NFL Network and now, ESPN, sent her "sexually inappropriate comments" by text.

Donovan McNabb (former on-air talent): Cantor says that McNabb sent her text messages asking if "she was a squirter" because she "looked like the kind of girl that squirted when getting f*cked".

In addition to the players, former NFL Network employee, Jami Cantor, also named former NFL Network executive producer Eric Weinberger, who's now president of sports commentator Bill Simmons's media group. McNabb and Sapp are no longer with the NFL Network.

Josh Krulewitz, a spokesman for the company, said Tuesday in a statement that neither McNabb nor Davis would appear on any of the networks while the investigation proceeds.

The lawsuit, originally filed in California Superior Court in October but amended with the specific allegations against the employees on Monday, alleges that the woman was sacked from her job at the age of 51 in October 2016 after being accused of stealing clothes from an unnamed on-air personality. Former 49er Davis allegedly groped and rubbed Cantor and made multiple lewd comments. Taylor recorded himself masturbating while he was in a shower and sent the video to Cantor, according to her lawsuit.

Taylor, Evans, and Weinberger took graphic photos of themselves and sent it to Cantor. Her lawyer told Bloomberg, "it's outrageous conduct and I fully intend to hold the NFL Network responsible". "Instead, NFL made it more hard for plaintiff to do her job by increasing her work load and cutting her hours". However, he thinks the National Football League should have had a cause hearing before suspending Taylor, Marshall Faulk and Heath Evans from the air.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Sapp, who was sacked in 2015 after allegedly soliciting a prostitute, allegedly entered a bathroom Cantor was inside preparing a wardrobe and urinated in front of her, with the comment, "Sorry mama, but your office shouldn't be our sh-tter", according to the suit. Evans played for the Patriots from 2005 to 2009.
