Per the information read in court, Layman was aggressive toward the second Uber driver, walked back into Buzbee's home and shouted, 'I'm not leaving.' That's when she allegedly poured red wine on his paintings and ripped them off the wall, then threw his sculptures on the ground.

The 29-year-old woman was visiting Anthony Buzbee, a high-profile attorney who has worked on several prominent trials, according to KHOU, when the Saturday incident reportedly occurred.

Lindy Lou Layman "intentionally and knowingly" damaged multiple pieces of artwork belonging to Anthony Buzbee on December 23, according to Harris County court documents. So, he called a second Uber driver, and Layman showed aggression toward that driver.

The damaged artworks reportedly included two original Andy Warhol paintings valued at $500,000 each.

Layman is accused of pouring liquid onto paintings, tearing paintings off the wall and throwing sculptures across the room, according to Harris County court documents.

The punishment for a felony criminal mischief conviction in Texas depends on the amount of damage the defendant caused.

Layman said at her probable cause hearing that she has been a court reporter for nine years, KHOU reported. Matters are said to have 'devolved' after Layman refused to leave, with the woman instead hiding inside the attorney's home.

Layman is now remanded to appear in court on Thursday.

In June 2016, he hosted a fundraiser for then-presidential candidate Trump.

The attorney is also known for successfully defending former Texas Governor Rick Perry in an abuse-of-power case.

It features six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms and covers 11,813 square feet.
