Here's When You Can Play The Mario Tennis Aces Beta
Mario Tennis Aces will be available for the Nintendo Switch on June 22nd, 2018. Of course, Mario Tennis Aces will have to contend with Super Smash Bros, which will undoubtedly be the star of Nintendo's press conference. Everyone that participates in the event will unlock Mario's iconic blue overalls in the full version of the game.
From 06/01 (starting at 6:00PM PDT) through 06/03 (11:59PM PDT), players will be able to play a demo of Mario Tennis Aces on their NintendoSwitch console.
From what we can tell, Luigi gets hold of a legendary racket which seems to be possessed by some kind of evil spirit. Before we get to that, why not check out a couple new Mario Tennis Aces trailers? We can also see that the same spirit has taken over Wario and Waluigi (as if they weren't sour enough already).
The tournament starts at 3pm BST / 4pm CEST the very same day as the demo is released and it will end at 01:00 on June 5. With full-blown tennis battles on hazardous courts, varying missions that challenge your skills, and monstrous bosses standing in your way, strategic tennis is at your fingertips.
Nintendo also released an overview trailer for Mario Tennis Aces, showing off more of the racquet break-ability as well as the story mode (which looks incredibly extensive). Once you join the tournament between June 1 and June 3, you can select between four main playable characters (Mario, Peach, Yoshi or Bowser) and compete in a series of online multiplayer matches.
