Incognito, 34, was removed from the upscale Life Time Gym in Boca Raton, Florida on Wednesday morning following the altercation.

'I'm thankful I didn't get hurt. When later told by officers that his behavior might pose a danger to others, Incognito asked a woman in the swimming pool to call the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jacksonville defensive end Yannick Ngakoue claimed Incognito had hurled some "weak racist slurs" at him, but the latter subsequently claimed they "hugged it out" while at the Pro Bowl. "I can't have anybody in blue tooth capability of me or taking pictures of me".

'I was just like, "this isn't right"'.

When officers approached him, Incognito told them he was "running NSA class level 3 documents through my phone" and didn't have to explain himself to officers because they didn't have enough clearance, according to the incident report.

"He attacked me. He's not well", the person who called 911 said. "I've reached out. I hope he's doing well".

Without Incognito, the Bills moved Vlad Ducasse from right guard to left guard with the starting offense at Thursday's practice. I would just love to see him get healthy'.

Incognito was not arrested, but authorities invoked the Baker Act, a Florida law that allows for people to be held against their will for mental-health treatment if they are deemed to be a danger to themselves or others.

In his 11 seasons in the NFL, Incognito has played with three NFL teams including two stints with the Bills.

Incognito was previously put on involuntary psychiatric hold in 2014 after he was reportedly on the verge of a breakdown following the Jonathan Martin bullying scandal, according to TMZ.

Incognito, 34, recently was released by the Buffalo Bills from the team's reserved/retired list Monday, although he asked for his release after indicating to the team that he wanted to try to continue his National Football League career with another club.

In March, Incognito agreed to take a pay cut from the Bills, but after expressing excitement at being able to stay with the team, he later fired his agent via Twitter.

Incognito was suspended and eventually dropped from the Dolphins.
