Robert Whittaker won't have his undisputed UFC middleweight title on the line on Saturday when he takes on Yoel Romero.

Rockhold took to Twitter after Romero failed to make the weight upon the second attempt, and with one simple two-letter tweet, made his feelings crystal clear on the matter. Romero was granted two hours to see if he could lose that last pound but did not show up until 10 minutes before the cut-off point.

Now recovered from a staph infection and a nasty case of chickenpox, Whittaker is ready to get back in the Octagon with the "Soldier of God".

It was better but it still was not good enough - 185.2lbs. Whittaker, who is defending his belt, would be the only fighter capable of winning/retaining the title on the night if the fight goes ahead.

Yoel Romero has missed weight for a title fight again.

The two combatants met at UFC 213 last summer for the interim middleweight belt when Whittaker defeated Romero in a closely contested battle via a unanimous decision.

"But I tell you what, I've got a bag of new tricks that I'm looking forward to bringing out and throwing at him".

"But it makes me upset". I don't even know how that's [missing weight] a thing? "It's ridiculous to think about it".

White addressed a number of other topics, including the possibility of former welterweight and middleweight champion Georges St-Pierre dropping down to lightweight to either challenge Khabib Nurmagomedov for the title or face Conor McGregor in a blockbuster bout.
